For the vaccination of healthy cattle as an aid in the prevention and control of Pinkeye caused by Moraxella bovis.
SolidBac Pinkeye vaccine from Zoetis administers both initial and booster doses at the same time. Implant system delivers two antigen pellets for solid, season-long pinkeye protection. Immediate release (IR) pellet helps provide protection while programmed release (PR) pellet provides a slow-release booster. No more mixing, spillage or waste.
Challenge studies show Solid Bac helps prevent pinkeye in 90% of animals vaccinated and aids in the reduction of pinkeye by more than 96%.
Flexible, tissue friendly injection site locations.
Dosage: Administer entire contents of one clip (2 color-coded SoliDose pellets) subcut in the base of the ear or in the neck of cattle 3 mos of age or older using SolidBac Dosing Gun (sold separately).
21 day slaughter withdrawal.
