Description
Allows calves to nurse naturally. Discourage gulping, promote maximum salivation and help prevent cross-sucking which can expose young animals to infection. Saliva has antibodies and digestive enzymes to maximize health and growth. Hygienic Milk Bar Nipples have no threads or valves to harbor bacteria and do not need to be removed for cleaning.
Yellow Colostrum Nipple is made of soft natural rubber to make teaching new calves a breeze. Correct suckling action for great calf health. For great results, use for the first 5-6 feedings, then change to black Milk Bar nipple (sold separately).
Caution: Using soft, fast-feeding nipple for more than the first 5-6 feeds can lead to nutritional scours. Use with fresh colostrum only. Use with Snap-On Nursing Bottle (sold separately).
