Description
Quick and easy solution to dirty tails. Dirty tails reduce milk quality, increase mastitis risk, make parlors and barns dirty, prejudice milker health and reduce milker satisfaction. Keep cows and staff clean, healthy and happy. Keep cows' tails trimmed and clean by twice-yearly use. Trims a tail in less than 10 seconds.
Fits most power drills but best choice is 14V drill operating at 1,200-1,750 RPM. Drill not included. Has only 3 moving parts so needs very little maintenance. Honing of cutters may be required between 1,000-2,000 tails, depending on presence of sand or other coarse material in hair. All steel components are of high quality stainless steel, so long life is assured.
Kit includes Tailwell2 Power Tail Trimmer, hexagon-key driver for opening drive case, spanner for removal of cutter drive shaft, lubricant, honing paste, spare rotator bearing and instructional DVD.
