Description
Outer blade oscillates over a stationary inner blade; no risk of injury to animals or humans. Secured by way of the chuck shank into any suitable cordless drill of 14 volts or better, and operating at approximately 1,200-1,750 rpm. Trimming takes 3-4 seconds per tail; can easily be accomplished during milking. Even dirty dag-ends feed smoothly through trimmer. No need to pre-cut tail’s switch. Features a neck strap so device is hands-free between cows.
Good for 5,000-6,000 clean tails or up to 3,000 sand contaminated tails. Can be fitted to standard-model Tailwells. Cutter cannot be sharpened.
Kit includes trimmer unit, lubrication bottle, 2 replacement bearings and screwdriver. Horning paste not included.
