Each tube contains min 720 mg/max 740 mg calcium, min 26,800 mg/max 26,840 mg salt, min 14,690 mg/max 14,710 mg sodium, 3,730 mg potassium, 390 mg magnesium, 18.5 mg manganese, 35 mg zinc, 1.1 mg iron and 0.025 mg copper.
Directions: Maintenance or light exercise/sweating - 10-20 ml; Moderate exercise/sweating - 30-40 ml; Heavy exercise/sweating - 50-60 ml. May give up to 12 hours prior to event and every 4-6 hours as needed.
