Description
Regu-Mate provides safe, effective suppression of estrus in mares - 95% effective after 3 days of treatment. Suppression of estrus allows for a predictable occurrence of estrus following drug withdrawal in mares with ovarian follicles 20 mm or greater. Regu Mate will facilitate attainment of regular cyclicity during the transition from winter anestrus to the physiological breeding season. Allows for management of prolonged estrus conditions and breeding schedules to maximize breeding efficiency.
Contains 2.2 mg altrenogest per ml.
Dosage: 1 ml per 110 lbs body weight orally with dose syringe or by placing directly on feed, for 15 consecutive days. 15-day treatment regimen allows performance horses to compete at their best.
Contraindicated for use in mares having a previous or current history of uterine inflammation. Pregnant women or women who suspect they are pregnant should not handle Regu-Mate.

How to Order Prescriptions from PBS Animal Health
We fulfill livestock, equine, and pet prescriptions through our Matthews Veterinary Pharmacy. To process your prescription order, we need a valid prescription on file. We can receive a prescription through the three methods below.
Our pharmacy service is available in these states: CT, FL, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, NH, NY, OH, PA, TN, WI and WV.
1. Place your order online and our pharmacist will contact your veterinarian.
During the checkout process, we will collect your veterinarian and animal information. Our pharmacist will contact your veterinarian to obtain a prescription. We will ship your non-prescription items immediately. Prescription orders will be held up to 3 business days awaiting approval from your vet.
2. Ask your Veterinarian to submit your prescription by one of the following methods.
NOTE: You must call us to place your order once you've confirmed your vet has submitted your prescription. - Call our Pharmacy at +1 (800) 835-7451 or
- Fax the prescription to our Pharmacy at 330-830-2764
3. If you have the original prescription from your vet, please call our Customer Care team for ordering instructions.
