Each scoop contains 2,500 mg glucosamine HCl, 625 mg MSM, 500 mg resverasyn, 350 mg yielding resveratrol, 250 mg chondroitin sulfate, 250 mg grape seed extract and 50 mg HA.
Directions: Give daily during or after meal time. For best results, divide recommended amount between AM and PM. Loading dose - 4 scoops for 2 weeks; Maintenance - 2 scoops; Intensive support - 4 scoops. 3.3 lbs = 60 day supply at 2 scoop serving. 12.5 gm scoop enclosed.
