Description
Goes above and beyond traditional glucosamine/chondroitin support. Combines exclusive Cosequin proprietary blend with avocado/soybean unsaponifiables (ASU) and MSM for professional strength joint support. The combination of glucosamine/chondroitin sulfate plus ASU has been shown in cartilage cell studies to be more effective than glucosamine/chondroitin sulfate alone at inhibiting expression of several components involved in the breakdown of cartilage.
Each 32.4 grams (2 scoops) contain 14,400 mg glucosamine HCl, 10,000 mg MSM, 2,400 mg chondroitin sulfate, 2,100 mg ASU powder, 610 mg ascorbic acid and 100 mg manganese.
Directions: Initial daily administration for 2-4 weeks: under 600 lbs -1 scoop, 600-1,200 lbs - 2 scoops, over 1,200 lbs - 3 scoops; Long-term daily administration: under 600 lbs - 1/2 scoop, 600-1,200 lbs - 1 scoop, over 1,200 lbs - 1-2 scoops. 500 grams = 30 day supply at 1 scoop level; 1320 grams = 80 day supply at 1 scoop level.
