BRAVECTO PLUS (fluralaner and moxidectin topical solution) for cats is the solution for fleas, ticks, heartworm and intestinal parasites in ONE easy, 2-month topical. Bravecto Plus prevents heartworm disease, treats roundworms and hookworms and protects against fleas and ticks for 2 months in cats and kittens 6 months of age and older and weighing 2.6 lbs or greater. Half as many treatments, half the stress, twice the protection of a monthly product.
Each tube contains: 2.6-6.2 lbs - 112.5 mg fluralaner and 5.6 mg moxidectin, 6.2-13.8 lbs - 250 mg fluralaner and 12.5 mg moxidection; 13.8-27.5 lbs - 500 mg fluralaner and 25 mg moxidectin.

How to Order Prescriptions from PBS Animal Health
We fulfill livestock, equine, and pet prescriptions through our Matthews Veterinary Pharmacy. To process your prescription order, we need a valid prescription on file. We can receive a prescription through the three methods below.
Our pharmacy service is available in these states: CT, FL, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, NH, NY, OH, PA, TN, WI and WV.
1. Place your order online and our pharmacist will contact your veterinarian.
During the checkout process, we will collect your veterinarian and animal information. Our pharmacist will contact your veterinarian to obtain a prescription. We will ship your non-prescription items immediately. Prescription orders will be held up to 3 business days awaiting approval from your vet.
2. Ask your Veterinarian to submit your prescription by one of the following methods.

- Fax the prescription to our Pharmacy at 330-830-2764
3. If you have the original prescription from your vet, please call our Customer Care team for ordering instructions.
