Overview
Prefabricated, preassembled portable electric fence with 12 horizontal strands (11 conductive), 48" tall installed; string verticals every 3". Built-in white PVC 0.6" diameter line posts spaced every 10 feet. Keeps in chickens, ducks, geese and other poultry while discouraging and keeping ground-based predators like deer, bear, raccoons, rabbits, foxes, coyotes, stray dogs and skunks out. Recommended for active, flighty birds. Can be used to contain and control livestock other than poultry, like sheep, goats, cattle and guard dogs.
Roll length 164'; weighs only 24 lbs. White/Black. Comes with 1 warning sign and 1 repair kit. With proper care, netting should last 5-7 years. Fence energizer to electrify net sold separately.
PoultryNet is not effective with baby chicks that are small enough to crawl through the net openings and therefore are not deterred by the electric shock.
Extra supports, such as FiberTuff step-in posts, (sold separately) are useful at corners, curves and ends.
