•4,000 mg magnesium to support utilization of serotonin by brain cells where it helps maintain a normal relaxed disposition
•1,000 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine), which is essential for nerve stimulation and for metabolism of carbohydrates to fuel the brain
•1,000 mg inositol, which has been shown to provide positive support during times of stress-induced anxiety, panic disorder and other mood changes
Does not contain herbal ingredients or tryptophan, helping to eliminate unwanted side effects.
