Most orders received before 4:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday are shipped that day from Massillon, Ohio. Your order is shipped to you UPS Ground or as you have specified when ordering.

Orders containing Temperature Sensitive Items (Vaccines and Other Refrigerated Items) require special shipping considerations based on Time in Transit.  See Vaccine Shipping for more information.

Orders containing prescription items may require additional processing time.
