Designed to assist in the replacement of colostrum where calves and sheep may be deficient. This convenient colostrum bolus supplies a source of maternal antibodies and protein. Also contains a source of live (viable) naturally occurring microorganisms to assist in the establishment of beneficial microflora in the newborn and help influence pH reduction in the small intestine which removes the environment needed by certain coliform bacteria to grow. Directions: Administer 1 bolus after birth, continue to administer 1 bolus twice daily as needed.
