Overview
Electric easily heats up and quickly removes wax from frames of capped honey. Preset at appropriate temperature for removal of caps; heated knife is ready to use within a minute.
Non-Electric knife is sharp enough to not require heating, but can be placed in water prior to use. Angled-up tip won't catch on frames during uncapping and grooved wooden handle provides secure grip. Both edges of knife are serrated for right- or left-hand use.
