Overview
Conveniently identify open animals on-farm. Perform blood-based testing and read and interpret results with ease.
Detects a highly specific marker of pregnancy: pregnancy-associated glycoproteins (PAGs) as early as 28 days post-breeding with no interference from previous pregnancy after 60 days post-calving. Unlike progesterone levels that fluctuate naturally during a cycle, PAGs are only produced in the presence of an embryo or fetus.
Early identification and ongoing confirmation improve reproductive rates and profits. More uniform calving increases price premiums for cow/calf herds.
Easily read and interpret results: wells appear blue if pregnant; match negative control if not pregnant.
Includes two 96-well plates (1x8 strip format), 3 ml positive control, 3 ml negative control, 25 ml detector solution, 25 ml conjugate, 25 ml TMB substrate, 25 ml stop solution, zip lock bag, disposable pipette tips and 4 dropper caps for reagent bottles.
Requires Pregnancy Test Accessory Pack (sold separately), which includes precision pipette, plastic plate cover and wash bottle.
Timer (sold separately) ensures accurate timing for each step; includes battery and neck strap.
