Directions: Obtain a sample from the affected quarter. Streak milk onto the plate and incubate for 16 hours. For everything needed to get started, recommended to buy gloves, cotton swabs and sample vials (sold separately).

Media should not be used if there are any signs of deterioration (shrinking, cracking or discoloration), contamination, or if the expiration date has passed.
