Rumen Yeast Caps Plus

Contains specially selected concentrated strains of yeast cultures plus niacin. Intended for use in the high producing ruminant animal, such as dairy cows following freshening or calving, feedlot calves at time of arrival, and dairy cows with a history of ketosis. Available in caps or in a powdered formula which can be mixed with feed or administered as a drench. Dosage: Dairy cows - 1 cap or 1 scoop (0.8 oz) daily for 2-3 days following calving or freshening; Feedlot cattle, stockers and yearlings - 1 cap or 1 scoop (0.8 oz) daily for 2-3 days after arrival in feedlot. Cows with prolonged reduced feed intake, as a result of ketosis, should receive an additional 3-5 days of treatment to help assure adequate niacin intake.
