The Standard Performance Tag utilizes the Full Duplex (FDX) Protocol, sufficient for capturing data. This lighter tag is best suited for smaller animals and pets. Measures 1.20" dia x .17" thick; weighs 5.6 gm. Available in yellow only. The High Performance Tag utilizes the Half Duplex (HDX) Protocol. Optimizes signal transmission and offers greater reading distance than FDX (up to 4 ft); ideal for fast-paced animals where signal interference is a challenge. Read range is determined by type of antennae device used. Measures 1.28" dia x .28" thick; weighs 8.9 gm. Available in white only. EID Ultra Tamperproof Female Tag contains the transponder and displays the unique identifying number, usually on the rim. Sold separately in 20- or 50-packs (without Visual Tags) or paired with an Allflex Tamperproof Visual Tag of Maxi size (called a Matched Set). Visual Tag shows the unique transponder number as well as your easy-to-read herd management number. Visual Tags are available Blank or Numbered in yellow, white, green, blue, orange, red and pink. Complete with Male Studs. HDX Numbered Matched Sets now also available with Reverse-Side Marking. With RSM, your herd management number is duplicated on the back of the visual tag. Choose from single set (2 Sided/Single Pair) or double set (2 Sided/Double Pair) options. Double set includes a duplicate visual tag, imprinted front and back, for use in the animal's other ear. Apply with Allflex Universal Total Tagger and Blunt Pin or EID Ultra Retract-O-Matic Tagger.
