Durvet Sulfadimethoxine Solution antibiotic for livestock – a fast acting antibacterial solution for treatment of shipping fever complex, bacterial pneumonia, calf diphtheria, and foot rot in dairy calves, dairy heifers and beef cattle. Also treats coccidiosis, fowl cholera and infectious coryza in chickens; coccidiosis and fowl cholera in turkeys. Each oz contains 3.75 gm sulfadimethoxine. Dosage: Cattle – 25 mg per lb day 1, followed by 12.5 mg per lb days 2-5. See label for chicken and turkey dosages. Slaughter withdrawal: Cattle – 7 days; Chickens and turkeys – 5 days. Do not use in veal calves.
