Keep your calf barn free from flies for pennies a day
* Resistant flies a problem? * Breaks the fly life cycle and stops the development of fly larvae in calf manure * Just add to milk or milk replacer * For use in pre-weaned calves, including veal calves * No withdrawal!
Milk Products' Elim-A-FlyTM is a daily, EPA-registered add-pack feed additive with ClariFly®. Contains diflubenzuron, an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR), for continuous feeding during fly season.
Stops the development of horn, face, house and stable fly larvae in manure of treated pre-weaned calves, including veal calves. IGR helps prevent the formation of fly larvae's exoskeleton, resulting in its death.
Ideal for situations where resistant flies are a problem. Won't harm parasitic wasps, such as Fly Predators.
Each serving contains 0.1 mg diflubenzuron. Directions: Use with whole milk or milk replacer; Mixing for individual calves - 1/2 tsp per 60 lbs body weight; Bulk Mixing for multiple calves - 1 Tbsp per 75 lbs body weight. Start feeding 30 days before flies begin to appear and continue feeding through summer and into fall until cold weather restricts fly activity. No withdrawal.
For best results, use as part of an integrated fly control program, including adult fly controls – traps, sprays, foggers and scatter baits.
