Duravet Durafend is a broad-spectrum pellet livestock dewormer for use in beef and dairy cattle, horses, swine, growing turkeys, and zoo and wildlife animals. Contains 2.27 gm fenbendazole per lb. Cattle – for the removal and control of lungworms, barberpole worms, brown stomach worms, small stomach worms, hookworms, thread-necked intestinal worms, small intestinal worms, bankrupt worms and nodular worms. Feeding directions for 1,000 lbs body weight: 1 lb in a one day treatment. Retreatment may be needed after 4-6 weeks. 13 day slaughter withdrawal; no milk withdrawal. Do not use in veal calves. Horses – for the removal and control of large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms and ascarids. Feeding directions for 1,000 lbs body weight: For strongyles and pinworms – 1 lb in a one day treatment; For ascarids – 2 lbs in a one day treatment. Retreatment may be needed after 6-8 weeks. Swine - for the removal and control of lungworms, gastrointestinal worms, large roundworms, nodular worms, small stomach worms, whipworms and kidney worms. Feeding directions for 100 lbs body weight: 0.96 oz daily for 3 days. No slaughter withdrawal. See label for indications and feeding directions in turkeys, zoo and wildlife animals.
